Fred Streiman is the managing partner of Dale Streiman Law LLP and heads its Wills and Estates Law Group. Called to the bar in 1978, he prepares wills and powers of attorney, administers estates and conducts estate litigation, with particular experience in Henson trusts, bare trusts and other probate-avoidance strategies. A significant part of his work involves confirming the competency of a will maker to guard against post-death challenges, and conversely contesting the validity of wills and the capacity of those who made them. He took his LL.B. at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, has lived almost all of his adult life in Peel Region and is an active fundraiser for numerous charities.
