Elizabeth Kelly

Prior to joining KingSpry, Ms. Kelly served as Deputy County Solicitor for Lehigh County, where she also developed a concentration in real property tax assessment law and handled a wide variety of labor, employment and governmental issues. Ms. Kelly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Doris A. Smith-Ribner of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and she also served as Assistant Counsel to the Pennsylvania Labor.
